Description
Sirius chicken samosas are a frozen snack made of spiced minced chicken in a pastry. They can be deep-fried until golden brown and eaten as a snack or with a cold drink.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken
- Wheat flour
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Ginger, garlic, coriander, parsley, green chilies
- Flavor enhancer E621
Preparation:
- Heat oil to 180°C
- Deep fry frozen samosas for 3–5 minutes, or until golden brown
- Drain and serve hot.
